Long orienteering at Kongsberg, 11.6km course. Ran on an auto-gen contour map and using details from an older map. It was surprisingly good. Remote terrain with no trails and open forest. Very nice! Feeling generally pretty good towards the end. Shape is getting better :)

Race at Bygdøy, on a sprint map. Quite intense navigation and a lot of controls. Wasn't quite able to orienteer quick enough to go 100% full speed, so got to work on map-reading. Good thing long distance isn't quite like that :)

Orienteering intervals. One of the best sessions this year. 5x ca. 1km with some forking, with mostly people from Bækkelaget and a few from FSK. Focused on running hard and see if I can keep up with the navigation. Very few mistakes. Was already quite tired after first repeat. It meant the training worked :)
