Orienteering 58:11 [3] 6.0 km (9:42 / km)

Orienteering (Control Hanging) 45:00 [2] 2.0 km (22:30 / km)

I used my time. Map was 99% correct, just updated, and nice forrest. I used 15 minutes on one control, because i didn't know exactly where to put it. I placed it on three different places, before i firgured out where to put it.

Note

Race went okay today. We tried to have a mass start, but only 4 showed up. But then two more people came after wards. In total we had 6 people running, with 5 who finished. Not many people. Courses were forked, and with two loops.
Results were somthing like this

First Loop:

1)Marit Nipen - 5:42 ( started after mass start)
2)Thomas Nipen - 5:49
3)Hilde - 6:35
4)Eivind- 6:42
5) Jon Egeland 7:02
6) Ida Nipen Egeland 9:02 ( started after mass start)

Total Time
1)Thomas Nipen- 17:20
2)Marit Nipen- 21:00
3)Eivind- 24:00
4) Hilde- 27:00
5) Ida Nipen Egeland- 32:00

Orienteering (Control Checking) 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Me and my Cusin were checking how the terrain was, for our event that we were going to have on saturday.

Running (Warm up) 10:00 [2] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

Orienteering (Relay) 42:00 [5] 3.9 km (10:46 / km)

Though the first control was really hard, and I thought it was about course 3 difficulty. There was actually a path i could follow, but i didn't see it on the map. Unfortuantly, everyone else noticed about the path, except another guy, so we went straight and then it was also forked, and everyone had the other forking. By the control, i didn't have a clue where i was. I probably was in last after first control. Had to work my way up, but i didn't see anybody. Lost about 6-7 minutes on the first control. By the end, i made face front in this muddy hole. Couldn't tell what was on the map, and i tried to brush the mud off the map. I saw a river near by. Washed the map. I really don't think it was my day today.

Orienteering 34:22 [5] 3.5 km (9:49 / km)

Raining. Muddy paths, but very nice terrain. Made a dumb mistake to my second last control. I didn't think i was going to make a mistake before the second last control. Lost about 1:30 minutes.

Running (Warm up) 7:00 [2] 0.8 km (8:45 / km)

Orienteering 22:09 [5] 2.5 km (8:52 / km)

Ran the 15 mans- staffetten. Ran for the Tyrving IL team no. 2 . Overall the team placed in 10th out of 60th. Tyrvings first got DSQed, but probably would have come in 3rd.

Rained the day before, and so the paths were really muddy and wet. Quite detailed and rocky terrain. The weather was perfect

Orienteering 1:07:58 [3] 4.0 km (17:00 / km)

Worst terrain ever gone through. Quite detailed, but rocky, and a lot of dense stuff. Got lost quite a few times. I am glad it was only a Training.

I didn't concentrate after my 4 minute mistake. Got lost several times after that. Lost at least 7-8 minutes on mistakes.

Orienteering 21:00 [5] 2.6 km (8:05 / km)

Oslo City Cup, final.
Ran to the 4th control before coming to the third one. I didn't check the code because everyone had the same course, and i thought i wouldn't have to. So when i saw people turning around (everyone did the same mistake) , and the map didn't make sense at all, and the control wasn't there, i figured what i just have done. So i ran back to the third control (and the fourth control was just between me, and the third control control), then back to 4th control and then on my way to the fith control. Lost about 1:30 to 2:00 minutes. Rest of the way was fine. I thought my dad past me when i did my mistake, i tried hard to catch up, but i never did . When i got to the finish i relised that my dad made the same mistake, and that he never past me.

Running (Warm up) 20:00 [2] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)

Orienteering 35:58 [5] 3.5 km (10:17 / km)

Running at Kolbotn. Wasn't used to this kind of terrain. Didn't have any major mistakes, but probably lost 7-10 minutes due to being too defencive, when it came to going out of the control, and in to the control. Didn't push myself hard enough either.
