Jog down from the golf course car park to the parkrun.

Ashton Court. Thought I'd better get in training for the BOK vs SLOW parkrun clash.
Very windy day, strong headwind all the way up to the top. Westbury Harriers had their club champs here today so the field was dominated with WH runners, three of whom are faster than me.
Had a good head-to-head with John Terry on the way back down, but I managed to shake him off in the last few hundred metres.
4th place. My slowest time yet.

Long Valley. Black, 15.4km 315m.
Good long course on a pretty good map. Enjoyed it. Felt like I was lacking oomph, presumably following last week's illness, so ended up walking a lot of the hill climbs towards the end. No big mistakes, just the usual handful of small ones.

Moors Valley Country Park.
1 hour score with roaming Santa, fairy and a decorated tree somewhere. Same story as every time I do this - despite finding Santa twice, I didn't find the fairy or tree so missed out on a good 100 points.
Nice run, had a few 'new' control sites that I'd not been to before. Finished 5th, just behind my better half.
