O - competition long (Blue Hills Traverse) 2:44:27 [3] 17.8 km (9:14 / km)

Ran as a the last long training run before ski season starts -- as in tomorrow! Steady pace around a good course by Dean. Easy nav at a comfortable speed. Only error cost a couple minutes at #7; maybe a route chioce or two; just cranked along at my distance pace. Mostly alone. Straight line distance 13.6 km.

Afternoon run, after weather improved. Felt good and moved ok even up the streambed on Cummings.
