Misty wet. Tracks glazed. Started with Start hard wax, had no kick so overlayered with purple klister. That was okay until it wore off from the inside edge under the foot.
6 PM

Strength (Rec center) 1:25:00 intensity: (5:00 @1) + (20:00 @2) + (40:00 @3) + (20:00 @4)

Warm up stretching and balance.
Ab roll 2 x 5 from standing
Ski erg 500 m

Group exercise legs, core, arms

Leg presses 270#, 180#, double and single leg
