Really pissed that I spent so much time on the course yesterday. Not only was it slow and hard, since it was slow I had to do it for that much longer. Not wanting to feel sorry for myself, I decided to just beat myself up today with a bunch more.

Got about 3" new snow yesterday on top of the foot from Thursday. Then some rain got it saturated and settled. Kind of froze overnight. Groomed everything this morning. Not nearly as soft as Thursday, but still needs to set up.

Went out on the Fischers, then switched to the Peltonen 3's and finally tried the 4's. Bunch of trips up the hillside trails and around the fields. Mostly soft and slow, but good workout.

Leg stuff 1 x 30; achilles extension stretch x 15
Pushups 1 x 20; L pect sore again, so stopped there

Afterwards cold shower soak on the hamstrings, glutes and pect made things feel better.
