Good day out in the forest. Can't run fast enough and got scared on the very steep hill and lost time on this leg. Wrong route choice to 8 and 12 but reasonable otherwise. Good fun!

Control checking for my day. I did record this on my Garmin and remember seeing the distance I did.It was alt least 6.1 km as my watch didn't start until about 30 minutes into this task. Checked 23 controls! phew! For some reason it has disappeared from my watch completely? Maybe I accidentally deleted it.

Thought I would try this cycle class. Very loud music with a large woman yelling out what to do next. Could not understand a thing! Just tried to copy everyone else. Worked up a sweat anyway. Felt like a workout!
