Pretty happy with this run. Bit slow up the hills and through some of the terrain probably picked a longer route choice to 2 but it was a track run which was ok.

Good and very enjoyable running at the university of Newcastle. Dodgy average as HR monitor not working on some legs. Slow to second and third was looking on wrong side of building but all other good.

Not a good day sloppy navigation and need to sharpen compass bearings in the flatter areas.

OK took wrong route choice on the high road to number 3 and then too tired to think properly for short leg lost most of my time on this short leg. Very annoying. Enjoyable run though all the same.

Did as well as I could on this course. Bit slow on 11 and veered off track too early on 14. Came first in Womens C. Good start for the five days.
