Tried to sit and do some spinning but it was evident after 5mins that my hams were far to tight and my feet were numb/tingly. Went back to lying on the floor and watched Shawshank Redemption. Good film.

Resting today. Lots of pain. Attempted some of the stretches and stuff Alex said but it hurts a lot. A lot of day spent on floor with my rolling pin under my back. Mmmm crunchy.

He's broken me. No BOC for me now at all. My back has been killing me most of the week. He played with it, it did feel better but then he was doing all the stretches and now all below my waist is PAIN.

I've decided I'm not running on my ankle anymore until it is properly healed, so no BOC, no FCC, probably no Harvester. As I can't swim at the mo, that leaves... cycling... and the gym.

Jogged around the B course just to test my ankle in terrain. Was being a Taaaard all day so was halfway through strapping the wrong ankle before I realised. Tweaked my left one and jarred the right. Felt ok after a while but now I have got massive pain down my legs and feet and back.

I was o-ing really well for once, flow was ok. Just needed my glasses probably.

Had a very interesting stumble back from Howden last night after a bit too much wine (not more than I'm allowed, I love being a lightweight now!) in the dark.

Same route as monday morning to see how awake my legs were. Suprising awake, they just felt like lead for some reason. Felt much more bouncy today despite being full of minging spag bol.

Shin only hurt near the bottom of Upperthorpe this time...

Didn't wake up with ankle throbbing so got up and went for a run. Wasn't sure how awake my legs were so only went up to tapton, along crookes, down springvale, down upperthorpe and back up crookesmoor. Ankle felt fine, so maybe it's all the jumpy things at circuits. Shin was not happy again though.

But just be amazed. Me. Out of bed. Not even dragged out. Before 8.

Got really bored as we were doing number 7 on the shuttle so while he walked, I balanced at the end. Back has been a bit iffy so Did some stretching and stuff inbetween. We recruited all by ourselves today! Scary shizzle.

Jog up to circuits, then some interesting new warm up stuff, couldn't do the last one on the ankles but the other felt v similar to back class stuff.

Usual lot, every jumpy exercise I stood and wobbled instead cos ankle didn't take kindly to them last week. Was trying hard to focus on what Rach and the physios have said about back/core stuff.

Post circuit jog out Fulwood Road with Zanthe. Nice pace, a little bit faster than comfortable chatting run.

Bumped into Kathy Van Hee and Hannah from track on a run on the way back to 3 points.
