Yog. Had a kinda disturbing sleep last night (as in, slept very deeply but had the strangest dreams) so felt a bit off this morning. Got better after running though

Didn't feel wonderful, had quite an intense day looking at houses in Kew. Including unexpectedly (sort of) participating in an auction, which was insane. Anyway, felt like I needed to do a session so pushed through.
