40/20s. Bit tired from yesterday but once I got going the session was really good! Felt awesome. Except accidentally did a 30min warm up and 35min warm down :/ also went "down" the river (which is actually just down Merri creek and then up the Yarra) for a change and it was sooo nice. Saw Tash doing some secret training
