Woc relay. Being lazy and lumping it all with my warm up and down now that I don't need to be a proper athlete ;)
Didn't have a great run, made a couple of not-insignificant mistakes and lacked aggression through the green. However I did WAY better than last year and felt calm and relaxed at the start. Soooo I think I'm improving, I'm just a very slow learner.....

Did a course on the model map. Amazing forest, absolutely loved it. Felt really good running too for a change, so that's nice. Nav was good but wasn't pushing super hard
