Actually this was a big struggle - really tired and sore after ints last night

Ints up the river. Bounced back after this morning and felt good! Held back a bit in the first half because I underestimated how much I had in my legs. Next time better go hard from the start and then just hang on
Undulating 500's up the river. Good session. Felt good. Saw three cats out on the bike path in the dark - almost stepped on one. Good riddance! (hahahah kidding, don't kill me Bridget)
Intended to do another run in the evening, but I was so destroyed after work that I got straight into bed and didn't move for a few hours. Keep forgetting to eat during the day when I'm busy which is not ideal
