State series. It was really fun. I was having a pretty good run until near the end when I wandered off into some vague stuff and lost a ridiculous amount of time. Oops. Felt ok running, prob could have attacked a bit more and run more aggressively

Bendigo event. It went ok, bit sloppy with the nav. Felt reasonably strong running but also kinda missing a higher gear. Not sure if I've lost fitness or just need to freshen up.....anyway, this was a good hard run

Half ints session in the rat. Actually felt great! How odd. Wore a thermal which was probably a bit dramatic....But the weather was quite foul in Melbourne so I was feeling cold

Heavy weights and plyos. It was pretty good. I lost count of how many sets of deadlifts I did, so I could well have done way too much haha!
