Threshold up the river. Felt bad at the start and considered bailing. Then felt really good and thrashed myself trying to outrun some random guy who didn't want to let me get past (I won and dropped him). Then at my turn around point up the river I died and struggled back home. Not ideal!

40/20s up the river in the dark. It was fun! Legs were sore and heavy in the warm up, so I almost pulled the pin, but I decided to do at least one set and then decide - weirdly they felt waaay better running hard than jogging :/ so it was a good session. I think my body de-conditions really quickly, so doing weights again after 1.5 weeks off freaked them out.

Ez up the river. Feeling almost all better now. Have taken too long off running though (or have been sitting too much) because this felt really weird for the first 5min

Weights and plyos. This actually took 2.5hrs because I had the bright idea (being sarcastic) to do some work in the short breaks between sets....which really just blew the whole thing out

Feeling slightly better than yesterday, but still didn't do any exercise. I did, however, write my thesis for 13 hours straight. So I've got that going for me, which is nice

Easter chasing start. This was really fun (in retrospect haha). I started first and had Tash 70 secs behind me, and then Krystal and Bridget another minute behind her. Was really nervous at the start and scared of blowing up....thankfully I kept it together and never saw any of the other girls - kept checking over my shoulder though haha!

Stoked to win overall, though am a little disappointed in my individual runs- was kinda just consistently ok.....Ah well, all things considered, this weekend could have gone a lot worse for me!!
