Easter long. So annoyed....I totally talked myself out of this race. Felt like I was running very slowly and navigating terribly, so sort of gave up and just bumbled around. Turns out my time wasn't too bad. Whyyyyy whyyyy am I so stupid?!?! Somehow I'm in the lead overall so tomorrow I really need to get pumped and get my claws out (in a nice way haha)...

Easter middle. Mmm bit avg. Lacking confidence and aggression...not super sure why. Just need to do a bit more orienteering I guess? Also took a horrendous route choice towards the end and lost a lot of time.

Half ints up the river. Felt quite good but glutes and hammies were rather tight. For all the weights I do, I think I must be really weak haha

Didn't have time to go to sprint training :'( :'( :'( this was a good session though, once I had warmed up. Great news today was that my supervisor only wants to see one more thing before my thesis is ready to submit. Soooo tempted to pull an all-nighter and get rid of this thing, but I think that'd make me even more smashed for Easter hahaaaaaaa eurgh
