Jog on tracks at Mt Beckworth and then control collecting. Too brain dead and distracted to do the actual orienteering race. Wow I've had a great lead up to Easter :/ :/ :/
Around the air strip. Not really sure how I kept going for this long! Felt quite good though.

Stopped work early (yay) so went for another run around the airstrip, but then Alex and I decided to go up into the hills/paddocks beyond. Not really sure whether it was private or not.... :/ felt good again, prob because I had just eaten a huge scone
Ints up and down the air strip near our accom. My god it was boring, but there was no where else to run (unless I went out to the highway). Super hungry and tired so pretty pleased with myself for doing this session!
Went to training at royal park but unfortunately I'd had just a completely shit day and was still (internally) fuming. So didn't feel like orienteering at all and just jogged the tracks.
Going away for uni/work (not sure what to call it now!) for the next three days so...that'll be good practice at trying to chillax when under stress :P
