5x1km hills. Pretty good session....glutes were actually very sore and weak though. I think they must still be tired from gym on Friday- I increased my squat weights by quite a bit. Rookie.

Ez up the river...I think. Actually so tired. Unexpectedly started my new job today (while still trying to finish my thesis). So that's a bit crap. Kind of wanted a bit of a break....but at least I'm making some money I guess!

My WORD this was a long session. 5 x 1mile reps up the river, super long warm down because I turned around quite late. Felt good but lacking some sharpness, so did them a bit more as tempo efforts rather than smashing them.

Also saw Lisa Weightman going in the opposite direction, and then after I turned around I realised I was steadily catching her....wasn't game to actually overtake though haha. (And yes, I realise she was probably doing a super easy slow 25km jog :P)
