My WORD this was a long session. 5 x 1mile reps up the river, super long warm down because I turned around quite late. Felt good but lacking some sharpness, so did them a bit more as tempo efforts rather than smashing them.
Also saw Lisa Weightman going in the opposite direction, and then after I turned around I realised I was steadily catching her....wasn't game to actually overtake though haha. (And yes, I realise she was probably doing a super easy slow 25km jog :P)
