Ballarat parkrun- 19:50. Pretty shit, but there's no way I was ever going to do a fast one after such a horrendous week at uni. Just did this to tick a box.

3 x ¬8min sprintervals @ FU. Trying to get some confidence in my sprint O....it went alright. I think I might be over-analysing everything (e.g. my fitness, my sprint technique) and just need to chill and let it happen
Ez. Legs feeling quite normal but my head is trash. Have hardly been able to keep my eyes open this whole week......bit worried about next weekend. I probably need to have my eyes open to read the map
Ez single track. Have gone to the rat to get some proper sleep and proper food. And do some nice chilled forest runs :) Actually felt really good doing ints last night, but still made the correct decision not to do the 5000m on Tuesday.
Ez up the river. Legs good but otherwise incredibly stressed and had a pounding headache (yes, I know I keep whinging about how tired I am but I'm trying to track it to keep it under control). Am going to have to play the race tomorrow by ear (i.e. am not racing if I'm this smashed)
