Hills in the rat: 4x4min then 4x1min. Felt a bit out of breath, which is so bizarre considering I've just spent 12 days at falls ck :/ :/ :/ good session otherwise

Nice cruise around falls and to mt mckay then on some sweet single tracks. It was so nice and I felt weirdly quite good. Soooooo super duper depressed to go back to Melbourne and back to work :'( :'(

Heavy weights and plyos back in melb. Have been super angsty about being (sort of) unable to do this while away. My muscles have probably shriveled

Attempted some mile reps but chose a track that was exposed and went straight into the wind. So I kinda quickly gave up and just went for a nice yog. Will try again this arvo!

Omg this session was a bit long. Oops. Did 4x30secs 4x3min 4x4min. Felt pretty good but died warming down and had to stop and walk. Probably did a bit too much running today :/

Ez w Krystal and Tamsin along the aqueduct. It was really nice! Have some bad DOMS in my quads from the steep descent yesterday, but actually felt ok on this run! Yay (don't kill me Bridget)
