Nice long run along....a spur and stuff. Was dehydrated before the start which was really poor planning because it was really sunny and quite warm. So felt worse and worse until we finally came down to the most amazing river which we all just ran into fully clothed. It was so good
Mona fartlek. Don't think I've ever done this session properly (with the floats). It was ok. Felt really tired warming up and so went out probably a bit too easy i think...oops
13 (?) x ~1min hills (lost count so not super sure how many). I did my recovery run-downs way slower than everyone else so got spat out the back :( I think/hope my speed up the hill was still ok though
