Mfr Xmas champs (or something like that). It was really fun! I actually felt good and thought I was doing ok....until I caught sight of Tash in front of me and then lost my brain and accidentally skipped a control. Oooops...I'm a bit of a champion at mispunching! Better try and mispunch less than 50% of Xmas 5 days ;)

Pulled the pin on ints this evening - feeling tired and hips are sore...clearly haven't recovered very well from Wednesday (oops). A bit frustrating....but better to be undertrained than over ;)
Yog down the creek. Felt good I think, can't really remember!

5 x 1 mile reps up the creek. Felt good for the first three, and then died on the last two. Warm down was a long, very slow, crawl home via a few bubblers. Not great...definitely need to do a few more of these sessions this summer
