Vic champs sprint. Had an ok run except for number 12, where I didn’t see a very small gap (partly obscured by the control circle) and so went a very very long way around and lost over 1min!! Bleughhhhhh. Also lost 30 seconds from a small mistake early in the course ....but at least I felt strong running. And it was fun :)
Warm up, sprint into spring, warm down, then jogged the training with gin. (Can't be bothered separating it all out)
Completelyyyyy minced the sprint......aaaaand mispunched.... oooops! A little bit cbf with orienteering at the moment but hopefully I can get it sort of together for tomorrow at least...
Ez up the river. Felt ok, which is kinda surprising because I think I totally fried my brain last night by sleeping with two doonas...woke up absolutely cooked

Run from office to training, warm up, sprintervals, warm down, jog back to office. Felt like an unco blob running, but it was super fun! So good at forcing you to read ahead/be able to relocate quickly
