running hills 1:27:57 [5]

4x~4min hills, which were quite steep so then I also did 4x~1min on the "flattest" section to get some speedy-strength (or something....i dunno I just make all of this up!!). It was actually really fun

Long warm up, sprint into spring, training exercise, warm down

Actual race was Ok, but made one horrendous route choice which I certainly lost a lot of time on. Other than that it was really fun!!
