Long hill reps. Went four times up a 4min hill, with jog back down recovery. The hill was quite steep though so going back down was actually hard work on my quads. Might have to do one more rep next time...
Ez in Ballarat. Felt good until I hit the first hill and then suddenly I felt very tired. Gonna take an easy week (or two) before doing intervals and that sorta stuff again
Dead keen to start doing some weights (after reading about how important it is), so jumped straight into it today. Already feel the severe DOMS coming on.....
