Can't be bothered writing the session out, but it was speed work. Up the river of course. Felt really good and it was fun, even when it rained. Quite a long warm down
Up the river with some 200s. Had a splitting headache and feeling totally exhausted mentally (not entirely sure why, but have been stressing too much about uni/getting a job post-PhD) so I just didn't have any oomph to do a proper session.

Attempt at mile repeats. Really bad period pain today (sorry for potentially too much info) which got even worse as I ran, made it really difficult to run hard so after two very slow reps I called it quits and just jogged. Annoying....
