Finally slept for 11hrs last night but was still feeling rather shite all morning- so skipped the morning run. Probably ok as this arvo session was prob enough! Ran to and from sprint training (about 50min there and back) where we did 3 sprintervals. It was really fun, felt ok running but wore the wrong shoes so could only teeter along in some parts. Time includes recoveries
