Woc relay. I had another terrible, terrible run. So frustrating to run so badly this past week :'( kind of want to put it all out of my mind for now and just have fun at fin5. Might think about it more later if I feel like it. Really fun week though and an awesome experience of course, just really bad individual performances (by me) which is hard.

Had a mental meltdown before the start which was really not ideal, so the start of my race was horrendously bad. Got better after I was caught by a Hungarian so used her a lot (sorry!) to get some confidence back. Not sure what else to say...

O ints on the middle model. Some strange contours that I didn't really understand - just super vague. Need to use my compass more and keep going even when it looks strange (which may backfire haha). Cold is better again, thanks immune system :)
