40/20s on undulating tracks in the forest. Felt pretty good....kind of odd though, couldn't really push super hard maybe and finished feeling perhaps not that tired? I think my brain was quite distracted. I ran with my phone and was replying to work emails during the recovery jogs (haha yeah I know, wtf did I do that for)
Also, fricking bogans. Got home to discover some ass drove into our front gate and flattened the fence (without leaving any kind of note or anything, obviously). Only a couple of months ago some other idiot drove through our fence and got stuck in our paddock....and then not long before that another idiot lit that car on fire at the top of our driveway. I'm home alone this weekend so think I might sleep with a big knife under my pillow!!

Ez yog down the river. Had to turn around early though because the bridge was under water...amazing how much water comes down the creek when it doesn't even feel like it's been raining raining that much!

Ints up the river in the dark. 4x2(1), 6x1(30s), 10x30(30). I always recycle the same sessions but am a bit thingy about trying new ones....Anyway, felt really good actually and it was fun once I'd got myself out the door!
Think I need to start strength work again.....or maybe I should say, start strength sessions properly. Easy session today though so I don't have too much DOMS. Was planning a run but it was gross outside so I guess today is my day off!
