Oceania relay. Just aimed to have a "safe" run today because I didn't want to screw my team up...plus was feeling a little shaky after yesterday! So I took it quite cautiously, without losing any major time but probably a couple of minutes of smaller mistakes. Content with that, even if my time wasn't super fast.

Oceania long. Couldn't have had a worse result today! Made a HUGE mistake on number 5 (felt like around 10mins) that must have seriously rattled me because later in the course I ran straight from 12 to 14 without realising there was a number 13 in the middle :( extremely disappointed....but it doesn't really matter - life goes on!!

Oceania sprint. Started well but then lost a bit of confidence after I caught Lanita (which makes no sense at all!) so was a little slower and more defensive than i should have been through the second half. Pretty solid run all up though.

Ez w ping to the domain. It was nice! It rained quite heavily at one point, but wasn't cold. Felt good

Probably a rest day but might try and do a jog in Auckland. Had one of those ridiculously crap sleeps when you know you have to get up at 3am so keep waking up and checking the time :(

200's along the forest road. Intended to do these tomorrow but dunno if I'll have time! Felt ok, was pretty hungry though

Ez in the forest. Felt good. It was only 9 degrees, but it felt quite acceptable now that we've lit a fire and our house is marginally warmer inside.

orienteering intervals 1:02:43 [5]

Sprintervals at Ballarat Grammar (with permission). Did 4 x ints of about 6-7mins. Felt pretty good running, technically wasn't perfect though - lost contact with the map a couple of times and then forgot which control I was going to.....Quite a small area though so maybe it's an excusable error to make ;)
