State league at...somewhere. Some quite steep slopes but I was a pussy and took some super wide route choices to avoid the climb - completely unnecessary! Lost some minutes there...goddamit. Apart from that I felt quite good running but had a really bad fall on the way to number one, grazing my bum and straining a lot of muscles in my calves. Felt a bit odd for a while after that and had some weird out of body experiences....but I think I was fine so I dunno what that was
Tempo session in ballarat. 20min (4min ez), 15min (3ez), 10min (2ez), 5min. All on undulating single track or rough trail. Felt better than I thought I would, but was still a little tired from yesterday
4x30sec/1min, 3x3min/2min, 4x4min/1min up the river. Felt pretty good! Yay. It was fun, super nice weather too. Long warm down and felt dead at the end
Probably should have done a jog....but had a very late night last night and then a full-on day at uni again. Got offered another job today but this time I was smart and said noooooo thanks
