O ints with a different visitor today! We had Barnett yesterday, then Brodie today. It was fun, I felt really quite good! Navigated ok, off slightly on a couple after running blindly on my compass...I tend to do that a lot - sometimes it works but I'm not sure it'll help me next weekend ;)

2 x courses at nerrina. They went ok, I seemed to get very tired quickly though which made me really concerned about next weekend....pulled the pin during the second course because I didn't want to demoralise myself too much! Nav was only ok, but I get lazy running at nerrina because I'm so familiar with it.

4x2/1, 6x1,30s, 10x30/30s. Accidentally left way too late to do this...it wasn't actually that hot but it felt really steamy to me. Aaaanyway, so felt a bit heavy legged but managed ok
