Bendigo long race (mass start). This was really fun! Didn't make any huge errors, but a couple of wanders near control circles. Felt only ok physically, and after Tash caught me at ~halfway through I had a bad patch (physically) and she dropped me. Then started to feel better again and was catching her but didn't quite catch enough! She (and Susen) beat me by 30secs to the finish. Super fun events!! :)
Bendigo sprint, time includes longish warm up and down. Started first, which I quickly realised was a poor choice - the grass was long and would have tracked up quickly! Anyway, apart from that just felt a bit slow and heavy physically, with some sloppy nav in the circles. Had a really fun time though! :)
2, 1, 30 session up river. Felt good! Yay. Need to smash some recovery now so I don't flop this weekend....

What an exciting run!!! Had turned around for home when I noticed a lot of smoke along the path up ahead (where I'd run past not 5mins before)....got around the corner and there was a bushfire along the slope! WTF. It was crazy! Needless to say I had a lot of adrenaline after that and raced home haha
Compound miles up the river. Only did four reps this time, I don't really want to completely smash myself today. It was good, felt good but ate too soon before so had a slushy tummy.

Ran too fast, it wasn't enough of a shuffle. They've closed a bridge on my easy run route so now I have to go a (slightly) hillier way :(
