Got dropped at nerrina and did 3x15min tempo back home. It was all up hill, so this was hard work. Perfect weather though

Ballarat parkrun - unsure of exact time (might have been a couple of seconds slower than this) because I pressed stop instead of lap on my watch :( didn't push hard enough, felt pretty comfortable around 4km so probably need to go a bit faster next time! Pretty bummed that this is about the same time as I did in August last year - even if it felt a lot easier... :(

Worked from home today, so a mid-morning session! Just did half a session as, although I was feeling pretty good, I also felt like I was lacking some strength. Felt better after though. Saw lots of evidence along merri creek of some seriously high water....must have been when we were at falls creek or whenever it was!

Easy down the river with some run throughs in the middle. Actually I felt like ass......I thought altitude camps were meant to make you feel like a boss?!
