Vic sprint champs, time includes warm up and down. Maaaaaan I minced this so badly. Made one large (1min) mistake and then after that just lost my brain!! Dammit :(

First race (time includes warm up and down. Pretty average from me...one maybe 40sec error but apart from that just felt super sluggish running

Second race, time includes warm up and down again. This was really fun!! Made one quite bad mistake, could have been 45sec to 1min....and a few other hesitations as well. Felt better running this arvo!

Ints up the river. Worked from home today just so I could do this session during the day rather than at night - so then I might actually eat something afterwards and recover better. I think it worked well! Felt pretty good and it was fun

While changing the tyres on my bike I managed to puncture the tube (yes, I am a complete rookie) so no riding to/from uni today :( and then I was too tired for a jog after I got home
