Back in Ballarat again! Easy run with moth and miff. Felt better than I expected - I often get sore legs the day after a (mentally) stressful day which is super weird but it didn't seem to have an impact on my run today
Home from uni. Hadn't planned to be in Melbourne this week but had to come back for an emergency 4hr meeting. Too brain dead to go for a run once I got home even though I had really wanted to :(
