Tiny morning run so I would feel a bit better this arvo

3x15min tempo. Moving this session up a notch by doing it on hilly tracks, rather than on the flat bike path in Melb. So we ran on the goldfields track from...somewhere... to Castlemaine. It was nice! Took a little while to get going. Pretty smoked after.
Warm up, sprint into spring course 1, 5min jog, sprint into spring course 2, warm down. Skimped on the warm up and down a bit today because the weather was really quite bad. Ran ok in the "race", took a couple of bad route choices....about a minute behind the fasties so need to get.....faster!!
Ints up the river in the daylight! It's a whole new experience. Except I think I prefer doing them in the dark actually because then I feel faster haha. Anyway today I felt extremely bleh and had a bad stitch.

Short morning run. It rained. Hoped to do more after uni but had a long day organising + presenting at a student conference so I was too exhausted when I got home
Ride home. A bit chaotic today, and I almost got squashed by a truck which was pretty scary

Easy run. Felt good and this run would have been really nice if I didn't have a million mosquito bites!! My legs got completely raped by mosquitos in Ballarat yesterday and the bites were soooo sooo itchy on this run and it was really unpleasant.
