3x15min same as last week. Again, started pretty slow and took a while to warm into it. It was fun though! Was pissing down for the first half, but not that cold so it was ok

40/20s down the river. Took a new route this evening, and as it was in the dark (with my headlight) it was actually rather scary and I was worried I'd get lost or come across some scary bogans. I survived though!
