Wuoc middle. F meeeeee. Felt calm and relaxed at the start but had the most horrendous first half of the course ever!! Dont know what I was doing....after that I got my act together but very annoyed! Not sure what went wrong...

Girls ish yog. Felt really bad at the start, then better at the end. Did not practice good recovery after the race yesterday.....(didn't eat lunch :/)

lost all confidence before the start for some reason and so was navigating really defensively.....which was not good and I think I stuffed like 90% of controls. Need to try and change my mental outlook before the middle!
