Warm up and down. So sweaty

orienteering race 18:33 [5]

Wuoc sprint. Pretty tough area! Really hard to read/interpret the map at speed and I often had to stop and peer and the ramps/stairs on the map. My run was pretty sloppy and I kinda felt like I never got into top gear, but I think that was the same for everyone. Took two poor route choices though and did lose some time there.

Easy yog with NICOLA. Felt crap as to start with but then started feeling better. Still feeling quite head tired, so will try and get better sleep tonight!

Ran a course at...a map near Miskolc. There was a freaking huge storm when we went out and it was so scary Krystal and I pretty much just ran together the whole way until I lost her in some green and freaked out. Then I got a bit over it and went better towards the end. But it still wasn't really an ideal session!
