Hill ups and downs in the pines. This was really hard today! Was dead half way through :/ also there were a lot of creepers in the forest. Saw what looked like a little family burying a body or something suss in the middle of the forest....gave me the biggest death look as I ran past haha

Another easy run. Feeling almost normal but didn't wanna do another really hard session and screw my recovery up, so postponed it to tomorrow. Went out in a thermal plus jacket, and didn't get too hot :/

To/from uni

Picked up a bit of a mild cold today - had a crap sleep after the session the night before, plus didn't have enough dinner after, and then had a bit of a crazy day at uni....so then got a sore throat and stuffy head in the evening!

3x3.2k, same as last week. Except this week I think I went much harder because I now know that I can actually do the session haha. It was fun! But oh so hard, destroyed after

Sprint. Legs felt better than I thought they would! Though I didn't have the greatest run - took a bad route on one of the longer ones and lost maybe 30sec there, then made a really stupid 30sec error on one of the last few. Also don't think I ran aggressively or hard enough, my average heart rate was quite low... :/ Very fun nonetheless !
