Today I COMPLETELY blew up. Had totally talked myself out of it before the start. Ended up mispunching because I skipped a control by accident and then proceeded to punch the wrong next one. I've actually been very stressed about this weekend so not surprised I f'd it
First run. Easy with surges. Legs felt heavy and unco

Second run. Legs felt a bit better but still sluggish. hopefully a bit more energetic tomorrow! Did two runs because I was going to be sitting working all day and didn't want my legs to get too stiff. If that makes sense.
Short int session up the river. It was kinda cold, but then I imagined being in Ballarat and it was suddenly warm and cosy here haha. Felt a bit stiff and unco at the start of this session, then better towards the end
To/from uni. Busy day! Which is good cuz suddenly it was home time
