Easy run in Ballarat. Felt ok, a bit tired and knees slightly sore. Decided to have an easy weekend of running.....which is maybe lazy of me....but I guess it's better to be slightly under trained than over trained!
4 x compound miles up the river. Did a mile PB! I don't think it was by much though haha. Felt pretty good, very tired after....now I need to be extra good with my recovery!

To/from uni. Had a really awful morning dying from some terrible "lady pains" that wouldn't go away even after I'd overdosed on ibuprofen :( they eventually went away at midday and I was actually able to function and do some work. Not cool ovaries, not cool.
