Hill ups and downs. Was planning to do some oing today but am quite stressed about phd stuff so really wasn't in the mood. So did hills instead! Felt bad warming up and on the first rep, and then felt good! Yay

Have PhD confirmation coming up very soon, so stress levels are increasing and increasing....hopefully won't impact on training too much but we'll see. Didn't run today anyway!
