Ints up the river this time (rather than down). It was really fun! Had quite heavy legs to start with though, and took ages to warm up.

Easy explore run. Actually felt pretty good! Yay. Got a bit lost/unsure and had to do some street running at one point. At least now I know not to take that route again!

Feeling more myself today! Exploration intervals along the river. Don't really know where I went, should probably look at a map next time!! It was really nice though. Could definitely get used to running here :) felt good but legs were rather heavy, probably cuz I haven't used them in ages

Obviously excited to go exploring on a run but I am unvelievably tired today. Couldn't even last a full day at uni and had to come home and lie down on my bed. Don't know why I'm so smashed??? :(

Riding to my new place to do moving in. Freaking exhausting day. Can't believe how smashed I am. Realised I've moved houses every year for the last five years!! That's probably not unusual but it's so stressful that I think I'll try to not do that for a while haha....

Had wanted a run in the evening once I'd moved everything in but very quickly realised I was far too tired for that.

Easy run. Last time running around this side of Melb!

Also got my blood test results back - ferritin has gone from 9 to 34 which is gooooood (but still maybe a little on the low side) and haemoglobin has also improved (can't remember the numbers). I'm still not very good at eating meat though, so I'll try to be better at that
