Only did half a hill session today :( I think I need to be 100% recovered to be able to do this session, and today I....was not. A bit annoying, but probably better to not flog myself too much!
10x500 like last week. Felt quite weak and heavy in the quads at the start, but then must have warmed up as I felt quite ok. Still a bit tired from the session on Wednesday I think!
Ints up and down the river. Felt good, once I'd warmed up. Had a really bad headwind when I turned around though.....I'll just pretend that my legs were fast, and it wasn't the tailwind on the way out that was making me feel good ;) super smashed after.

Easy run. Not what I had planned/hoped, but I had an anxiety-filled day waiting to hear if I'd been approved for a rental application and so when I got home I felt quite drained and my quads were heavy. Felt better after this though!
