Did an easy run with moth. Felt better than expected. Very almost stepped on a baby brown snake! It was cute haha. (And yes I'm pretty sure it wasn't a legless lizard)
10 x 500m (broken into 400m at 5k pace, then 100m sprint). It was fun! I felt good :) didn't realise my Garmin satellites hadn't loaded for the first one, so it was more like 700m
Guesstimate of time. Ran home from uni via an open house. Felt a bit tired physically, but very very head tired. Too much stressing!!! I'm going to give myself a heart attack one day. Should do some core too, but I think I'm too tired...
40/20s. Was maybe not quite recovered from hills yet, but was in Ballarat and much preferred to do it in the forest here than in Melbourne tomorrow. It was good! Might need a couple of easy days now though.
