Part 1: binna burra to lunch spot, where we were meeting the parentals again. Felt surprisingly good today! Was enjoying it so much (though a lot of it was slightly downhill haha). Ridiculously nice forest.

Part 2: lunch spot back to binna burra. Shorter than the first part, but the track was rougher and also there was a biggish continuous climb right at the end. Did this part mostly with gin (he started behind me on the first part and never caught me) and felt pretty good but the final climb killed me. Again, super nice forest. Can't think of a nicer place to run....!!

Easy run with moth at binna burra. We did a few walks but nothing massive, and this was just jogging downhill on one of the walks haha. Feeling quite tired after yesterday, but have another big day planned tomorrow!!

Parentals left for a day walk so gin and I went for a day run on the same route. This was part 1, running from binna burra to our lunch spot, leech hill (unofficial name), to meet the parentals. It was a nice run but the track got very bushy and rough about half way through, so it was slow going.

Part two, after walking for a bit after lunch we then ran down the creek. It was super super nice, but again a bit rough in places so slow going.

Part three - the hardest!!! Ran from the deep gorge/falls back to binna burra. Mostly uphill and by this stage I was wrecked, but kept plodding along.

Haven't done any kind of long run for ages, so this should make up for it ;) it was so nice!

Went out to do some intervals as soon as we arrived at binna burra (lamington national park). Super nice forest, though I was a massive girl and was really worried about leeches! Did the 40/20s session which was a very bad idea because the track was too twisty/muddy to get any speed. So it was a mediocre session.

Easy run with moth and GIN ! It was fun. My legs felt quite tired after doing sauna/pool rotations in the morning. I've never been in a sauna before. It was...an experience.

Mile reps along the esplanade at the Gold Coast. It was fun. Felt OK. Weather was crap for the beach but great for running!

Went to dreamworld for the entire day. So exhausted!!! Was high on adrenaline the whole day but now I'm wrecked. Should have gone for a run early in the morning....
