Easy run...with some walking on the uphills because I was really tired and also a bit sore from yesterday. It was a nice chill run....but for some reason I've been getting really paranoid about creeps in the forest and kept pausing my music and checking behind me :/

Morning run with miff. She's really slow so this was a really easy run and I had to stop and wait for her a few times, but apart from that it was nice. Except it was kinda cold!! Not sure what the temp was at our place (felt like less than 10 degrees) but I ran in a jacket and saw two other runners out in gloves and long sleeve shirts haha......Ballarat.....

Miff is too slow to join me on this run so I had to do I later in the arvo. Did 5 X 5x40/20 along the main forest road. It was really fun and I felt pretty good. Glutes still a bit tight and sore from Tuesday.

To uni only. Got to Ballarat in the arvo with time to go for a fun but I decided I didn't really feel like it, so I didn't go. Should have done some core though because I've been soo lazy with it this week!!

Easy run with moth and miff in Ballarat. Mm wish I was here to run every week. It was nice but my ass is really sore from yesterday, and my legs were generally very tired, so it was really slow and I walked some hills. But I felt better at the end.

Ride home from uni after getting the train from Ballarat. I'm still very sore but felt good riding!!

Melb uni doesn't recognise the cup public holiday (how rude), but I decided to work from Ballarat again so I could go for a nice run. Did the Gfry hill loop, which is a super hilly loop where you run hard on the hills and easy down the other side. Plus a 10min very slow warm down (and no warm up because the loop starts just outside our house). It was hard to judge how hard to go, especially as some hills are very long and steep, but I'm smashed now so I think it was ok.

An easy run in Ballarat before I had planned to get the train to Melb....but then my meeting got cancelled so I opted to work from Ballarat :D
