Nice long easy run. Need to make these gradually tougher and longer. Man, when spring comes in Ballarat you completely forget how horrendous the winter is - it's so nice!!

To/from uni. It wasn't even hot this morning but I got so sweaty!

Easy run after getting home from uni. Felt bad at the start and then ok. It wasn't as hot as I thought it'd be.

Maybe should have gone for longer. Have an extremely busy day tomorrow and won't have any time at all for a run! :(

Muac ints. Dunno why I hoped it'd be a good session given I'm still a bit sick plus had a crazy day at uni.....so yeah I felt crap and just did run throughs and then jogged. Annoying but I'm just trying to be consistent so it probably wasn't a big deal that it wasn't a killer session.
